We will develop a customized questionnaire to solicit data from prospective corporate trustee/custodians for your assets. This questionnaire covers all aspect of custodian services and the associated fees. It is designed to help our clients understand the commitment, resources and special services that each organization can offer.

This questionnaire is sent to all organizations that you wish to include as a candidate in your search. There are a reasonably large number of organizations that are qualified to provide custodian services. The similarities between them in terms of services offered are much greater than the differences. Thus, in choosing a new corporate trustee/custodian, fees, convenience and service commitments are the factors that usually weigh most heavily in the selection process. In helping you select candidates for a custodian search, we will include organizations you suggest and organizations that we believe have strong credentials for the assignment.

Following the selection of a custodian, we assist our clients in fee negotiations and in the transfer of assets.
