It includes complete surveillance of your investment program. We monitor your managers and your investment policies. In evaluating managers, we spend time getting to know their people and their organizations so that we can comment on both the qualitative as well as the quantitative aspects of their on-going performance and capabilities. All of our professionals are well known and well respected in the investment management community. Because we do not attempt to compete with managers by offering pooled funds or any other investment vehicles, we expect and find that managers are candid with us both about their strengths and their problems. Managers may not always like our conclusions and recommendations, however, the knowledge and motives behind them will never be in question. Each review we do with clients includes a personal presentation to the decision makers by the professional assigned to your account. As a part of our review and evaluation of investment performance, we will identify issues that you need to be aware of. We will answer your questions and we will keep you informed about trends in the investment industry and other relevant developments which may impact the fund. Our written reports provide a summary of your managers and an analysis of the investment environment in which they operate. This review includes a review of performance relative to goals, objectives, and policies. We note any deviation from policy and suggest corrective action.
